Step Aerobics

About 40 minutes of Step Aerobics followed by 20 minutes of stretch and strength exercises.  

(Children may accompany if supervised by their parents.)

Drop-in Classes – September to June

 Step: Wednesday morning - 9:15 a.m.

Step: Sunday - 11:00 a.m. 

Cost: $2 if you come (Additionally, please donate what you can to the CYC)

 In the event of a class cancellation or schedule change, regular participants will be notified; others please call to confirm.  No Sunday classes on holiday weekends.

Instructor: Brenda Brown McNee - Brenda has been leading Step classes at the CYC for more than 20 years.
