About 40 minutes of Step Aerobics followed by 20 minutes of stretch and strength exercises.
(Children may accompany if supervised by their parents.)
Drop-in Classes – September to June
Step: Wednesday morning - 9:15 a.m.
Step: Sunday - 11:00 a.m.
Cost: $2 if you come (Additionally, please donate what you can to the CYC)
